Here we are. Sitting in a tiny pick-up truck cab poised on the border of two states. Due to perspective, the I5 Bridge looms over you like a giant, but Mt. Hood is only a small shadow in the distance. States border, but seasons overlap. Transitions so slow you hardly notice.
These are tales of transitions. Of having nothing to do and nowhere to go. Of wasting hours playing music in basements and reading comic books in darkening bedrooms and dubbing cassette tapes to listen to in the car. These are snapshots of places that are familiar but, due to artistic angles and colored filters, are rendered alien.
